Operatives must have an adequate understanding of Demolition Plant activities.
Operatives must be able to demonstrate underpinning knowledge and understanding.
They must be able to answer questions in relation to health & safety of the specific item of plant and environment.
They must also demonstrate knowledge of operators rights and responsibilities, pre-start checks and the use of the operators manual and machine use.
Step 1
Has attended a CSCS/NDTG Touch Screen Test.

Complete booking form available from NFDC/NDTG. Please indicate preffered dates for the theory & practical test to take place
Step 3
Complete CPCS Employers Agreement
Step 4
NDTG will be in contact to arrange the Theory & Practical test on reciept of your application
Step 5
Complete CPCS Technical Test at required level- Theory & Practical element
Step 6
CPCS Red Trained Operator Card Issued at required level
This card is not renewable. Operatives must complete the Demolition Plant NVQ (QUB729) in order to qualify this card within its two year life.
