Touch Screen Test Booking Form
Please ensure you identify which category you are applying for. For the purpose of the CCDO and CPCS Card Scheme, please see the below the required levels:
- Demolition Site Operative- CSCS or NDTG Touch Screen
- Demolition Labourer- CSCS or NDTG Touch Screen
- Demolition Experienced Worker- NDTG Touch Screen
- Demolition Topman- NDTG Touch Screen
- Demolition Supervisor- NDTG Touch Screen
- Demolition Plant Cards- CSCS or Demolition Touch Screen
Touch Screen Test
Please note: The Health & Safety Touch Screen Test is a requirement for all cards within the CCDO Scheme and CPCS Scheme. Therefore, your operative must attend the appropriate test before the assessment takes place.
The NDTG are an approved Touch Screen Test centre offering the full catalogue of Touch Screen Tests. If you wish to book the Touch Screen Test with us, then please complete the Booking Form.

Demolition Card Schemes
Operatives at all levels in the Demolition Industry should hold the appropriate card. The NDTG administers the CCDO (Certificate of Competence for Demolition Operatives) and CPCS (Construction Plant Certification Scheme) card schemes.
